The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that on 14.10.2018, a boy of village Anantpur called the son of the informant from his house and thereafter bind him from a pillar and burnt with heated iron rod and also after opening his trouser, burnt his private part. The victim alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons burnt him.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14979 of 2021(4) dt.20-06-2022 2/2 petitioner that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. The victim has received simple injuries. Moreover, the specific accusation of causing injury by hot iron rod is against Chhotu Kumar. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 508 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
