JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

There is allegation against this petitioner that he opened fire causing firearm injury on the thigh of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that the injury found on the thigh of the informant is simple in nature though said to be caused by firearm.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat ( Maranga) P.S.Case No. 20 of 2015.
