2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant, namely, Kalpana Kumari was married to Aman Kumar Paswan in the year 2022. It is further alleged that at the time of marriage, gift according to the capacity of the informant was provided. It is further alleged that Kalpana Kumari (deceased) was being subjected to cruelty on account of non-

It is further alleged that on 25.06.2024, she informed the elder daughter of the informant that her husband and in-laws have threatened her of dire consequences if Rs., 1,00,000/- and Apache motorcycle were not provided to them. After that on 26.06.2024, somebody informed that Kalpana Kumari has died. Accordingly, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners are married brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. They are not residing with the deceased and also they have no concern with this instant case. The husband of the deceased is already in judicial custody. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that other in-law has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 69784 of 2024. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The main thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased.
5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are

No.3967 of 2025(3) dt.21-02-2025 3/3 directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Darbhanga/concerned Court subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
