The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same soon before death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that marriage was solemnized seven years back. The victim was mother of two children and entire allegation has been leveled only after death of the wife of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and material

Case No. 47 of 2018, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property.
