JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-07-2021 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21345 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that due to COVID, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below. Considering the aforesaid, the period of surrender is further extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order. However, the other conditions of the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10652 of 2021(2) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 22.07.2020 shall remain intact.

The order dated 22.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21345 of 2020 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, the present application stands allowed and disposed off.
