Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons is of abusing and assaulting the informant by means of iron rod.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and simple nature of injury, let the above named petitioner in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5801 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.
