2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(I) for quashing/setting aside the common order dated 13.1.2017 passed in BLT case no.- 794 of 2015 by Hon'ble Chairman, the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna whereby and whereunder she has dismissed the BLT case no. 794 of 2015;

(ii) for setting aside the order dated 01.07.2015 passed by District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8309 of 2017(5) dt.25-11-2025 2/3 Kaimur at Bhabhua in mutation revision case no. 06/2014-15 whereby and where under he has allowed the aforesaid revision case after setting aside the order dated 28.01.2014 passed in mutation Appeal No.- 67 of 2013-14 passed by D.C.L.R. Bhabhua along with other appeal and order passed by the Circle Officer, Kaimur at Bhabhua in mutation case no. 750/13-14 filed by Private Respondent no.-6 has been affirmed;

(iii) for upholding the order dated 28.01.2014 passed by D.C.L.R. Bhabhua in mutation Appeal No-67 of 2013-14;

(iv) for granting any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. It has been pointed out by the learned State counsel with the help of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Circle Officer, Bagwanpur, Kaimur to show that Title Suit No. 358 of 2012 is already pending before a competent Civil Court.

4. The Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in its order dated 13.01.2017 also came to the conclusion that if the title suit is

Patna High Court CWJC No.8309 of 2017(5) dt.25-11-2025 3/3 decided in favour of the petitioners, all the orders relating to the mutation shall go.

5. This Court has no reason to differ with it when the title suit is already pending.

6. It is expected from the competent court to take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest as the same is of the year 2017.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
