The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.20930 of 2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20445 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/3 that in the order dated 02.11.2022, it was recorded that petitioner no.6 is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that the said fact was recorded in view of the pleadings made in Para-3 of Cr. Misc. No.20930 of 2022, when the petitioner no.6 had antecedent of one case which was mentioned at Para-12 of Cr. Misc. No. 20930 of 2022, but the said fact inadvertently could not be placed when the order dated 02.11.2022 was being passed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that all the petitioners in time surrendered and they were enlarged on anticipatory bail, but the fact that the order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 20930 of 2022 records that the petitioner no.6 is a person with clean antecedent, the same should be modified to read as petitioner no.6 has antecedent of one case.

The learned Additional P. P. does not oppose the prayer made by the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 02.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 20930 of 2022 is modified to read as that petitioner no.6 has antecedent of one case.
