2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case no. 507 of 2020 registered under sections 307, 447, 341, 323, 324, 354(b), 379, 337, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that as a result of fight between the ladies of the two families, the accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed and assaulted the informant and the members of his family.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case as a result of trivial dispute between the parties arising out of fight between the ladies as evident from the contents of the FIR itself. There is case and counter

No.6113 of 2026(2) dt.04-02-2026 2/2 case between the parties, the correct version having been given in the FIR lodged by the petitioner's side which is Annexure-P/2 to the petition. The allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. He is in custody since 29.11.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the FIR, the case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner having remained in custody since 29.11.2025, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case no. 507 of 2020 (G.R. no. 1966 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
