The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

During raid the petitioner and others were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner ATM card of Bank of India and IDBI bank and driving license in the name of Viresh Chouhan were recovered whereas the arms and other articles were recovered from the possession of co-accused persons.
