The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.12 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was going to his residence, he was robbed by unknown miscreants.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact his name has transpired after a lapse of six months of filing of the FIR. The petitioner is stated to be accused in other case but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.08.2018. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit cash
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5030 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 security of Rs.10,000/- for the purposes of being released on regular bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the learned trial Court whereafter he shall be released on bail subject to such condition as may be imposed by learned Court of A.C.J.M.-6, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.12 of 2018. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
