The petitioner is in custody in connection with NDPS Case No. 164 of 2018 arising out of Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 20/22/23/24/27(A) N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 1Kg. 800 Gram Ganja was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018.

Considering the quantity of Ganja recovered and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
