JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 287 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and that the similarly placed other accused have also been granted bail by the coordinate Bench, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
