Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is relative of the husband of the daughter of the informant. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused, Indra Devi the mother-in-law of the deceased has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4051 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23070 of 2019 (Annexure-5).

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
