2. The present petition has been filed for the: issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions for commanding the Respondent No.2 to disposed of the representation dated 22.12.2023 in accordance with law and take necessary action on the Representation which is pending before the Respondents.
3. It is unfortunate that even for the disposal of a representation, a citizen has to move before the Patna High
Patna High Court CWJC No.1360 of 2024(2) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 Court despite the fact that the Government has fixed time frame within which the same has to be disposed of.
4. This Court has perused the report and it is bereft of any supporting document, in that circumstance, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the Circle Officer, Daronda, Siwan within a period of four weeks along with all the supporting documents.
5. In that case, the respondent no. 3 shall be duty bound to take the petition of the petitioner to its logical end after putting all the necessary parties to notice within a period of four months from the date he prefers the petition.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
