JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter that looted laptop has been recovered from his conscious possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali (Tatarpur) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
