The petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 01.12.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201/34 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after six years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to pregnancy complication.

Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2013,
