Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner is younger brother in law of the informant and furthermore, it is an admitted position that after death of informant's husband, the informant established physical relation with the petitioner though she stated that she established physical relation with the petitioner on false promise of marriage. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
