Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot and one stolen motorcycle as well as firearms were recovered from his conscious possession but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he was implicated in this case by the local police and, as a matter of fact, real culprits, who committed the alleged crime, had already fled away from the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that moreover, injured of this case did not sustain any injury said to be caused by firearms.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 10.8.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
