The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Haat PS case no. 202 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471/34 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that the police party received information regarding illegal sale and purchase of stolen vehicles, whereafter the police party reached near the railway dala of village Sadiha and found that 8-10 persons were fleeing away and upon chase, eight of the accused persons were apprehended and five stolen motorcycles were also recovered apart from other articles.

No.2197 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of the confessional statement of main accused namely Vicky Gupta. It is further submitted that infact, the petitioner was arrested from his house and not from the alleged place of occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.09.2018 and he is having a clean antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Haat PS case no. 202 of 2018.
