JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laraiya Tand P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18/20/22/32 of UAP Act and Section 25 of Antiquities and Art Treasure Act, 1972. Recovery of Naxali paper from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. He is in custody for four months, having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five

No.4537 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Vishwajit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger, in connection with Laraiya Tand P. S. Case No. 41 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
