Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The present case has been lodged under various sections of Arms Act but admittedly, no firearm or cartridge has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 14.12.2015.
