The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil (Nawada) P.S. Case No.255 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has forcibly taken away the son of the informant stating that he would release him when his brother would give money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the same day the son of the informant has returned and statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was recorded where he has narrated the whole

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in jail custody.
