2. The present petition has been preferred for following relief:

"for issuance of appropriate writ/writs order/orders, and/or direction/directions to not dispossess the petitioner of the land in question

Patna High Court CWJC No.7492 of 2017(4) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 vide Khata no.03 (old), 790 (New), Khesra No.1355 (Old), 2811 (New), area 1.50 decimals situated at Mauja-Bhawanipur, Police StationGopalpur now Rangra Chauk, DistrictBhagalpur, which land the petitioner occupying is cultivating and as his livelihood since 60 years at the time of his ancestors. The further facts of the case will prove in the following paragraphs."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to raise his grievance at an appropriate level.

4. Granting said liberty, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
