The petitioner seeks bail in Kesaria P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Deenanath Sahani @ Dina Sahani in his confessional statement.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.7.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3589 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-11, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
