Heard the parties.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of rape against the minor girl. The victim has supported the aforesaid allegation in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3418 of 2020(3) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 lodged. Attention has been drawn to Annexure-3 of the petition. Since victim of rape cannot be disbelieved at this stage, hence I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019.
