JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 8.8.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,342,323,326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant though it is alleged against co accused Bikku Kumar to have thrown acid on the bodies of informant and his wife. It is also alleged that they assaulted Chandra Shekhar Kumar. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner Arun Kumar was assaulted by the informant and his associates for which Raja Pakar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 was registered against the informant and others and the accusation of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24126 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 pouring acid is against co accused Bikku Kumar. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.
