JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2024 Heard Mr. Ravi Shanker Pankaj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Pushpa Sinha.1, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.468 of 2022 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the petitioners, along with other co-accused, had assaulted the son of the informant, due to which he succumbed to the injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, who have committed murder, as well as, the long criminal history of both the petitioners, as mentioned in paragraph no. 3 to the bail petition, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
