The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding theft of electricity wire by the accused persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
