JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-11-2023 We had disposed of the matter by order dated 30.08.2023 but directed the judges' papers to be posted after one month to ascertain as to the directions in the judgment was complied with or not.

2. We would not repeat what has been stated in the final judgment. Suffice it noticed that the District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffarpur was directed to file a status report on the payment of compensation to the family of the victim in Sahebganj P.S.Case No. 19 of 2021. We also directed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2160 of 2021(11) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 District Welfare Officer and the S.H.O., Sahebganj Police Station to provide necessary assistance to the District Legal Services Authority to identify the family of the victim, ascertain their circumstances and needs, and facilitate the award of compensation.

3. The report of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffarpur has been submitted before us through letter no. 1078/LA dated 12.10.2023 that the family members are not traceable.

4. In such circumstances, we close the matter for the present.
