This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57999 of 2022 by which the petitioner had been granted bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that, inadvertently, name of father of petitioner has been typed as 'Tape Chaudhary' whereas it should have been 'Yamuna Chaudhary' simultaneously, in the address portion, Resident of village- 'Rampur Bagicha total' has wrongly been typed in place of 'Rampur Bagicha Tola' in the main petition along with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6361 of 2023(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 affidavit and accordingly, same mistakes have been occurred in the order dated 04.01.2023.Therefore, bail bond of the petitioner could not be accepted before the court below. Hence, order dated 04.01.2023 may be modified to the aforesaid extent only.

In view of the submission, the order dated 04.01.2023 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
