The petitioner seeks bail in Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 259/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The informant made omnibus and general allegation of demand of dowry and torture. In the post-mortem report no injury was found. Even the viscera report does not disclose the cause of death of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23822 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 259 of 2014.
