1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has filed an application for jointness stating that complainant is staying with her father. It is next submitted that jointness application has been filed for the reason that in compliance of the order dated 18.08.2022, notices were filed and the same was received by the father of the complainant as would manifest from the Office Report

The learned counsel submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case by the complainant, it is next submitted that petitioner asserts and submits that he was never married with the complainant, it is also submitted that precisely for this reason notices were issued upon the complainant but despite father of the complainant receiving the notice, the complainant chooses not to appear and contest to deny the contention of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 410 of 2020 subject to the
