The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47533 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap, the petitioner has not surrendered within the stipulated time as mentioned in the order dated 30.11.2022. He further submits that the petitioner has prepared a demand draft of Rs. 45,000/- (Rs. Forty five thousand) in favour of the informant bearing demand draft no. 500824 dated 18.03.2023 and he will submit the same at the time of furnishing bail bond.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed off.
