Case No. 258/2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of 37. 185 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and has been in judicial custody since 30.12.2019.
