The petitioner is aggrieved by the grant of license to private respondent no. 9 on the ground that he had better qualification than him and that the academic qualification degree of respondent no. 9 is forged and fabricated.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1345 of 2022 dt.09-03-2022 2/2 No document has been brought on record for us to give any finding on the aforesaid charge.

However, we direct that in case the petitioner is sanguine about his claim, he may appeal against the grant of license to respondent no. 9 before the appellate authority. Should such an appeal be filed within a period of 30 days, the same shall be looked into by the appellate authority and after hearing all the stakeholders including private respondent no. 9, an order shall be passed within a period of 60 days thereafter. With the aforesaid direction/observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
