JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.3.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(a) of the Indian Penal Code.
From the wooden shop of the petitioner foreign and country made liquor were recovered.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that it has not been verified that the wooden shop belongs to the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation is complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23996 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014.
