Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.2889 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019.
