JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019 for offences under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is nothing in the FIR against the petitioner to connect with the crime.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no specific overt act against him, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him. Let petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 7333 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
