2. The present application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 20210 of 2011 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order of this Court dated 15.03.2016.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition the prayer for restoration is allowed and CWJC No. 20210 of 2011 is restored to its original file.
