2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17104 of 2015, whereby a direction was issued to the

Patna High Court MJC No.156 of 2019(3) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 employment Unit concerned to ensure payment of salary within fifteen days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. Opposite Party No. 6 has filed a show cause, wherein in paragraph no.6, it has been stated as under: "6. That is is submitted that the concerned Panchayat Secretary in response to the aforesaid communication dated 01.02.2019 has informed vide letter no. 3 dated 13.02.2019, that payment of salary for the period from April 2014 to June 2015 and for period from July 2015 to April 2016 have been made to the petitioner and the said accounts have also been credited in the petitioner account bearing no.

4. On perusal of paragraph no.6 of the show cause filed by Opposite Party No.6, I find that the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17104 of 2015 has been complied with.

5. In that view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
