The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no direct evidence collected during investigation against the petitioner who happens to be father the husband of the victim. The petitioner is aged 79 years and is a Paralytic person.
Considering the fact that the investigation has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25143 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 already concluded and the petitioner being aged person, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015.
