Petitioner has been in jail custody since 02.09.2014 in Muffasil P.S. Case No.215 of 2014 under Sections 406/34 read with 395 and 412 IPC.

Keeping in mind the period the petitioner has spent in custody coupled with the fact that some co-accused has been enlarged on bail, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, one surety by a close blood relation and the other by an elected representative of the area, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.215 of 2014, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.96 of 2015/36 of 2015, to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20789 of 2016 (5) dt.28-09-2016 2 / 2 Additional Judge-V, Aurangabad.

The petitioner will appear on each and every date before the trial court unless exempted by the Court. He shall not create a situation of any kind where the trial is in any manner delayed or derailed. The petitioner shall also not indulge in any criminal activity after his release. He shall also report to Sherghati Police Station once in fifteen days and report about his activities whether it is limited to rolling biri as is his stand or he is involved in some similar nefarious activities like which he has been charged.
