In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the Provisional Selection List, published on 18.12.2020 pursuant to the Advertisement No. 1/2019 for appointment on the post of Amin on contract basis on the ground that the petitioner's candidature

Patna High Court CWJC No.5023 of 2021 dt.07-04-2022 2/2 have been put under the certificate holders from unrecognized institutions by the government whereas candidates who have obtained diploma from the same institutions, have been selected;

(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the respondents to publish the result of the petitioners;

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case"

3. Prima facie the present petition is not maintainable in view of the challenge to the provisional selection list dated 18.12.2020 pursuant to the advertisement no. 1 of 2019 for selection and appointment to the post of Amin on contract basis. Petitioners were stated to have submitted objection/suggestion in the office of Director, Revenue Department, Government of Bihar, Patna on 29.12.2020 and select list has attained finality. Therefore, the present petition is pre-mature.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to question the validity of final select list, if petitioners are aggrieved.
