JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 The application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.10.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 22336 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the error crept in the present case is attributed to the error in the petition itself.

Considering the statement made in the present application and prayer made the petition filed earlier shall be deemed to be corrected and in view of the aforesaid the order dated 04.10.2018 is modified to the extent of correction of name

Patna High Court MJC No.4851 of 2018(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 of village of opposite party no. 8 and 9.

The name of village of opposite party nos. 8 and 9 should be read as Gram Panchayat 'Benga' instead of 'Bardah'. The aforesaid correction may be read in the order dated 04.10.2018.
