The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 460 of 2019 (CIS No. 460 of 2019, arising out of P.R. No. 53 of 2019-20) for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Total 54 liters of liquor was seized. He is in custody since 31.12.2019.
