That the present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents specially the District Magistrate and Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to provide safety and security of life and property of the petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondents
Patna High Court CWJC No.2608 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for the legal mandate to live peacefully in the free society from any threat, pressure and interference time to time disturbing the petitioner and petitioner's family with the help of musclemen and politically affiliated persons.
Further be pleased to direct to respondents to comply the order passed by the learned Court below Title Execution Suit No. 71/2022 by the learned Sub Judge VIII, Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
