2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10977 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/3 the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and Petitioner No. 2 is Bhaisur, Petitioner No. 3 is the Devar , Petitioner No. 4 is the elder Gotni, Petitioner No. 5 is maternal grand mother (Nani) and Petitioner No. 6 is a married Nanad of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Police after investigation submitted final form against these petitioners. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Kishangan in connection with Powakhali P . S. Case No . 32 of 2023 , subject to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10977 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 3/3 conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
