Pursuant to the last order Mr. Harsh Singh, learned counsel, who represents the Magadh University, has provided a signed chart made available to him by the office of the Registrar, Magadh University (Respondent No. 6) in which it has been detailed as follows:- "In continuation of SOP dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.23429 of 2018(7) dt.18-05-2023 2/3 09.05.2023 following facts may be added1. That the pension of the petitioner was revised and found admissible amounting to Rs 1,60,300/- for the period of 01.08.2014 to 31.03.2017.

2. Differences amount of earned leave for 300 days in revised pay scale was calculated and found admissible amounting to Rs. 90,059/-

3. Difference amount of Gratuity in revised pay scale was calculated and found admissible amount to Rs. 79,801/-.

Thus, total amount of Rs. 1,60,300/- + Rs. 90,059/- + Rs. 79,861/- = Rs. 3,30,220/- has been paid through District Treasury on 03.05.2023.

4. Arrear of Revised pension for the period of 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2019 amounting to Rs. 2,99,492/- through District Treasury on 16.5.2023.

5. Arrear pension for the period of 01.04.2019 to 30.06.2021 amounting to Rs. 1,98,072/- is also being paid and has been sent to District Treasury, Gaya today to credit the amount in his account."

He submits that the amount details has already been sent to the District Treasury Office, Gaya.

It is expected from the District Treasury Officer, Gaya that the moment, he receives the documents relating to the case of the petitioner, steps will be taken immediately so that the

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the ACP amount remained unpaid. To this, Mr. Harsh Singh submits that he has already preferred CWJC No. 8165 of 2018 which is pending before this Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there may be some discrepancy in the amount so paid and as such, after calculating the same, the petitioner may be given liberty to agitate the same.

So far as the present case is concerned, this Court is satisfied that the entire payment has been made to the petitioner. However, if any, discrepancy is there, the option of agitating is always available to him.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
