JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 This is an application for modification of the order date 11.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72736/2019. The prayer of the petitioner is to extend the period for which he was required to surrender and submit bail bonds. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the health issues the petitioner could not surrender and submit his bail bonds.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the submissions of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender in the learned court below and furnish his bail bonds. If the petitioner surrenders and furnish the bail bond in the learned court below within a period of two
